“America runs on Dunkin’” – and Fred Olivieri Construction runs to get as many Dunkin’ projects as we can! Established in 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first “Dunkin’ Donuts” in Quincy, Massachusetts. In 1955 Dunkin' began to franchise, and within 10 years there were over 100 Dunkin’ Donuts. Fast forward to the present time, and the number of Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants has increased to more than 13,000 worldwide, with locations in 45 countries. Now known as “Dunkin’,” they are the leading baked goods and coffee chain in the United States. Fred Olivieri Construction started building for the Dunkin’ brand in 2019, and since our start we have built over a dozen stores, with hopes of many more to come. We thrive on these types of projects – with only a 12-week construction schedule, it's important that we stick to the rigorous schedule and ensure all goes smoothly and there are no hiccups along the way.
